Kable Square

Kable Square is home to the Official Illinois Freedom Bell and the town's outdoor band shell. It was named after Harvey and Harry Kable, two brothers who helped the town establish itself by starting a printing company there. Many community events are held at the square, including the Fourth of July celebrations and the town's regular ice cream socials.
