Ormond Plantation, New Orleans, LA


Built in the Louisiana Colonial style which is modeled after the plantations of the West Indies, this plantation was built before 1790. There are two Garconnieres that were added sometime afterwards. The Antebellum mansion is known for its ghost stories, and the tragic deaths of some of its owners.
