Pabst Theater

Originally built in 1895, the Pabst Theater has been designated as a City of Milwaukee Landmark, a State of Wisconsin Historical Site and a National Historic Landmark. The theater was designed by architect Otto Strack, based on European opera house traditions, and was built by Captain Frederick Pabst. The theater showcases dramas, dance, opera, jazz and ballet.
