Patuxent River State Park, Gaithersburg, MD
Positioned on the Howard and Montgomery County line, the Patuxent River State Park has many recreational activities for visitors. Hunting and fishing are popular sports at Patuxent River depending on the season. Hiking and horseback riding are also possible, however the trails are unmarked in this 6700 acre park.
