Pilot Mountain State Park, Pinnacle, NC


Pilot Mountain rises 1,400 feet above sea level and gives visitors a view of the upper Piedmont Plateau. Activities include horseback riding, rafting and canoeing. This mountain was designated a National Natural Landmark in 1976.
