Portland Head Light Museum, Cape Elizabeth, MA
The lighthouse is reportedly Maine's first and most famous lighthouse. The museum contains interpretative displays and lighthouse lenses. The museum is open daily from Memorial Day to the Friday following Columbus Day and weekends only from mid April to Memorial Day and Columbus Day to Christmas.
