The Princeton Castle is not really a castle but it resembles a medieval castle. Formerly the Portland Cement Plant, this site is a colossal architectural achievement builte during the early 1900s. Today, the site contains a resort that offers accommodations, casual and fine dining, and several outdoor activities.
