Red Rock State Park, , NM
Red Rock State Park is situated in northwestern New Mexico, just northeast of Gallup. A number of archeological sites within the park have yielded artifacts from the Anasazi peoples, a prehistoric farming culture that existed from 300 to 1200 A.D. The park also features a museum and a campground.
