Royal BC Museum, Victoria, Canada


The museum was established to explore and preserve British Columbia's human and natural history, to inspire curiosity and wonder, and to share its story with the world. Of particular note to the art world are the permanent First Peoples Gallery and a modest collection of Emily Carr artifacts. She was born and lived much of her life in the vicinity of the gallery. Daily 9 am - 5 pm; Jun to Sep most Fri and Sat till 10 pm.
