Stephen Foster Folk Culture Center State Park, White Springs, FL


The Stephen Foster Folk Culture Center State Park is located roughly 100 mi (161 km) east of Tallahassee, Florida. Stephen Foster was a 19th century composer who is responsible for Old Folks at Home, a song that mentions the Suwannee River and has long been considered Florida's State Song. Working craftspeople can be seen at this park creating art in a traditional fashion. The museum and gift shop are open from 9am to 5pm daily.
