Wadsworth-Longfellow House, Portland, MA


Three generations of the Wadsworth-Longfellow family lived in this house in Portland, with the most famous being the poet, Henry Wadsworth-Longfellow. The house is reportedly Portland's first totally brick dwelling, built in 1785-86. Open to the public from May to October and holiday hours in November and December.
