Walnut Grove Pioneer Village, Long Grove, IA


Tour the 18 historic buildings at the Walnut Grove Pioneer Village. Used as a stage coach stop in the 1860s, today's Walnut Grove boasts a bank, a train station, a firehouse, a schoolhouse, a saloon and many structures. It is located 16 mi (26 km) north of Davenport and is open daily, April through October from 9am to 6pm or by appointment.
